Project description

AI-powered innovations to predict brain anomalies

Epilepsy is one of the largest neurological disorders, affecting 6 million Europeans; it causes seizures and presents with various other symptoms. This condition significantly reduces the quality of life and can even lead to premature death. Alpha Brain Technologies (ABT) stands at the forefront of innovation with AI-powered devices designed to address neurological anomalies in real time. This breakthrough opens up new avenues for transforming treatment approaches and holds the potential to proactively prevent neurological disorders. Driven by a personal quest, the first device developed by ABT predicts seizures before their onset with the goal of stopping them before they happen. The EU-funded MARIANAS project will build upon ABT’s achievements by engaging stakeholders, including patients and caregivers, in a fundraising campaign to conduct clinical trials and ultimately commercialise the solution.

Objective

The goal of this project is to run a fundraising campaign taking into account the very impactful core of our business at Alpha Brain Technologies. As the business lead and CEO, I am responsible for every financial and investment related aspect of the company. In the past two years, we have achieved a tremendous amount of technical advancement for epilepsy while not disconnecting from the patients and caregivers community. In this project, I am aiming at taking this stakeholders involvement in further pursuing their active participation in our fundraising campaign to run clinical trials and commercialise our developed solution. A solution that has no other goal but solving some of the stakeholders' most devastating problems.
