Data release. Data for 4 component DISCO Data

Data release. Data for 4 component DISCO Data (M12) . Linked to Task 1.1. Description: Release of experimental data for 4 component 1D DISCO, demonstrating ability to compute on 4 components with several different molecular programs. Data will be the output of bulk fluorescence (Quenching/FRET) experiments carried out on a qPCR machine.

Plan for communication and dissemination. Linked to Task 5.3. The draft plan for dissemination and communication activities (DCA) will be developed by month 6. The DCA plan will develop a strategy to effectively disseminate and communicate DISCO project results and outputs.

Data Management plan uploaded to SyGMa. Linked to Task 5.1. The DMP will be developed by the recruited project Manager with input from the Data Management Librarian at Maynooth University. It will be based on FAIR principles as described in Section 2.3 and updated regularly.
