Project Management Plan v1 (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

Includes also Risk Registry, Quality Assurance Procedure (and Theory of Change), and Ethics Plan. Includes also Risk Registry, Quality Assurance Procedure (and Theory of Change ). The deliverable comprises core aspects of the project that are managed, monitored and controlled. The detailed Project management Plan provides guidance and direction for specific management, planning, and control activities such as scheduling, cost, risk, communication, financial and day-to-day management, quality assurance, and ethical compliance. As such it also includes a Risk Registry, Quality Assurance Procedure (and Theory of Change), Detailed PMP with schedule, Gant Chart, Work Breakdown Structure and Ethics Plan). The deliverable corresponds to activities in Tasks 1.1; 1.2; 1.3; 1.4 Success indicators for Task 1.1 include timely prepared and distributed documentation, including distribution of meeting minutes, timely submission of progress reports, records of active participation and feedback from all Consortiums' partners (or opportunities for participation), and consistent adherence to data management procedures. Failure indicators for Task 1.1 include missed project management deadlines, lack of communication or poor communications between the Consortiums’ partners, poor handling of changes and issues, and non-compliance with data management procedures. For Task 1.2, success indicators include regularly updated Risk Registry, proactive risk mitigation measures, and minimal negative impact on project outcomes. Failure indicators for Task 1.2 would be oversights in identification and management of potential risks, leading to significant negative impact on project outcomes. In Task 1.3, success indicators include the execution of processes and procedures to ensure project objectives are met, project outcomes/deliverables are delivered timely, and progress towards creating intended impact. Failure indicators for Task 1.3 would include failure to adhere to quality assurance and quality control processes established within the deliverable, leading to delays or unsatisfactory poor-quality project outcomes. For Task 1.4, success indicators include adherence to ethics regulations and rules, timely appointment of an Ethics Board with competent members, and maintainance and records of regular meetings to monitor ethical issues. Failure indicators for Task 1.4 would be non-compliance with ethics regulations, failure to appoint an Ethics Board, or insufficient attention to ethical considerations throughout the project.

The detailed Project management Plan provides guidance and direction for specific management, planning, and control activities such as scheduling, cost, risk, communication, financial and day-to-day management, quality assurance, and ethical compliance. It also includes a Risk Registry, Quality Assurance Procedure (and Theory of Change), Detailed PMP with schedule, Gant Chart, Work Breakdown Structure and Ethics Plan). The indicators of failure and success are the same as for delivery D1.1.

Report on learning quality assessment v1 (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

The deliverable includes findings from T2.4 and results from the quality assessment evaluations based on focus groups and survey responses.

Data Management Plan V2 (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

This deliverable will serve as version 2 of the DMP. The DMP will outline the Consortium's data management policy throughout the research data cycle. It includes details on the methodology and standards for data collection and generation and data sharing. The Data Management Plan (DMP) specifies the types and formats of data to be generated or collected, collection methods, applicable standards, data preservation techniques, and data sharing policies for reuse. The DMP provides a comprehensive summary of all datasets generated and collected by the project and establishes the Consortium's data management policy. The DMP covers the complete research data life cycle The DMP includes the detailed elaboration of all items briefly mentioned in Table 3 of this proposal.
