Ion channels in erythrocytes: A novel understanding from regulation of erythropoiesis and physiological function to diagnostic measures and therapeutic concepts

CORDIS provides links to public deliverables and publications of HORIZON projects.

Links to deliverables and publications from FP7 projects, as well as links to some specific result types such as dataset and software, are dynamically retrieved from OpenAIRE .

Deliverables

Data management plan (opens in new window)

Entire handling structure and instruction for all data collected or generated in INNOVATION

Functional role of ion channels in mature genetically modified and wild-type cRBC (opens in new window)

Typical indices for healthy RBCs will be measured in RBCs with or without ion channel mutations.

A diagnostic algorithm for channelopathies developed on CBC automated analysers (opens in new window)

Prediction of putative channelopathies among other haematological disorders

Imaging software identifying fused RBC (opens in new window)

Complementary microscopic visual and statistical proof of what is otherwise measured from the more global diffraction pattern

Selection of channelrhodopsins (opens in new window)

Report about evaluation based on literature research

RBC micro-thrombi test protocol (M24) (opens in new window)

Combining developed ion channel manipulation D4.3, RBC-disorders, thromboelastography and other methods to measure clot formation/retraction

Validation of new osmoscan parameters (opens in new window)
