"Describing the methodological approach of the pilot demonstrations and execution and collaboration and alignment opportunities with sister projects and other relevant key initiatives and projects. D2.1 will also demonstrate our capacity for going beyond state-of-the-art, which derives from our bottom-up ecosystem-approach and the implementation of its cross-disciplinary and cross-sectoral capacities and competences – particularly towards the beyond state-of-the-art cross-fertilization of craftsmanship, cultural heritage and digital technologies – in experimental iterations following the overall design thinking methodology. In order to address the shortcoming identified in the ESR in Excellence related to ""beyond-state-of-the-art"", we will document this approach in D2.1 Method Playbook (T2.1)."
