Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation Plan (CDEP) (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

The CDEP will map all R&I activities and Key Exploitation Results (KER) and their related communication, dissemination and exploitation strategies. This plan will define opportunities for communicating and disseminating the project’s goals, advances and results to the target audience (both inside and outside of the project consortium). Exploitation will be addressed through the foreseen business cases, to pave the way for further TRLs during and beyond the project. The CDEP will adopt EC best practice guidelines to ensure the project reaches a wider society as it addresses a critical societal concern, though being highly technical; and to identify target audiences. Various messages, media, and means will be employed. The CDEP will also define the schedule and complementarity of the activities; the measures to assess the impact of the dissemination activities; and the conditions to ensure proper dissemination related to confidentiality, publication, and use of the knowledge. The involvement of partners in ongoing and previous projects will be a strong asset in addressing relevant audiences anddelivering targeted messages.

Data management Plan 2 (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

We will ensure overall data governance adhering to the FAIR principles at implementation level, i.e., enabling machine-actionability and human-readability. This will be done in close link with T6.2. This includes the identification of all relevant data, the organisation of data processing standards, and the assignment of responsibilities. The workflow in brief is the following. Findability: creating an inventory of all project data and organize data along with content into data objects; assign data objects with persistent identifiers. Accessibility: define access procedures and execution rights. Interoperability: describe data and metadata standards for the data objects using existing standards, taxonomies, and ontologies (all tagged with persistent identifiers). Reusability: assign licences for reusing data; ensure dissemination of data to different stakeholders.
