Project management handbook with templates & guide (initial)

Description of the project management strategy and method related to T1.1 : this deliverable will include among other things: a Gantt chart and a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS); A schedule per task, responsible partner related subtasks, related deliverables, and dependencies on other tasks.

ETES and components requirements and KPIs for each use case

The aim of the deliverable is to provide a comprehensive and documented set of specifications that outline the specific requirements for the ETES system and its components for each use cases and this will provide inputs and the complete vision required for ETES development(WP3), modeling, and Digital Twin (WP5). This deliverable will also include KPIs identified, under task 2.3, to evaluate the functionalities of the ETES system

ETES design for each use case

Description of the general design of the ETES. The related components for each use case of the project will be specified and described.

LCA modelling of the ETES

The deliverable report will contain detail LCA models of HP, TES and ORC components based on ISO LCA standards which will include goal and scope, inventory, and impact assessment methodology.

This deliverable updates, according to the project evolutions: the Gantt chart and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS); A schedule per task, responsible partner related subtasks, related deliverables, and dependencies on other tasks.

Definition and validation of a TES SoC for ETES

Experimental validation of the TES State of Charge measurment at lab scale. After the presentation of the SoC selected, specific tests will be lead at CEA to check the ability to predict the amount of thermal energy available in the TES.

PCM selection for ETES

Review of existing PCM available and suitable for SEHRENE applications. The different familys of PCM will be described and main criterias for selection defined and calculated.

State of the art of TES SoC measurement

Review of TES SoC principles in the state of the art (related to T4.3). This will rely on scientific articles and existing patents describing TES SoC solutions.

Dissemination and Communication Plans

Dissemination and Communication Plan (DCP) - The DCP intends to serve as an operational handbook, guiding the D&C activities within SEHRENE. The objective is to establish a plan that maximizes the overall project visibility and outreach including setting up dissemination and communication methods. The strategy includes information on the objectives, relevant target stakeholder groups and audiences, messages that will be communicated to these groups, the channels and interactive tools to be used, and a timeline of implementation. In addition, a monitoring methodology and framework will also be established to measure the impacts created by the results.

Review of corrosion and ageing issues of materials (SoA) and critical paramters defined
