Project management handbook with templates & guide (initial)

Description of the project management strategy and method related to T1.1 : this deliverable will include among other things: a Gantt chart and a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS); A schedule per task, responsible partner related subtasks, related deliverables, and dependencies on other tasks.

ETES and components requirements and KPIs for each use case

The aim of the deliverable is to provide a comprehensive and documented set of specifications that outline the specific requirements for the ETES system and its components for each use cases and this will provide inputs and the complete vision required for ETES development(WP3), modeling, and Digital Twin (WP5). This deliverable will also include KPIs identified, under task 2.3, to evaluate the functionalities of the ETES system

PCM selection for ETES

Review of existing PCM available and suitable for SEHRENE applications. The different familys of PCM will be described and main criterias for selection defined and calculated.
