Periodic report of methodology lesson learned from validated projects (Updated version) - 1

Summary report that collects all lessons learned from validated project experiences with 2DPLOY methodology. The report contains a.o. suggestions for further improvements of the innovation pipeline and future work.Relates to Task 4.1.

Pre-qualification scoring matrix

Filter to qualify projects for entrance into the innovation pipeline. The scoring matrix will consist of parameters mirroring the requirements set for funding by the IF.Related to Task 2.1. Linked to Tasks 2.2, 2.44.2 and 4.3.

Communication Dissemination Plan

Plan detailing communication targets, means, and goals. The plan will at least consist of activities promoting the project and its achievements, facilitating access to the innovation pipeline, providing IF appli-cation tools, showcasing other, complementary EU and MS funding schemes.Related to Tasks 5.1-5.5.

Matrix for relevant funding schemes

Filter to qualify relevant alternative funding schemes. The matrix will identify other relevant European, national and regional funding shcemes where 2DPLOY methodology may be applied.Related to Task 4.4 and 4.5.

Update communication and dissemination

Review of communication plan to improve potential gaps and shortcomings. The deliverable will be exploited in re-launching electronic and printed material. Related to Task 5.2. Linked to Task 5.1.

Innovation pipeline methodology

Procedure for expedient preparation of innovative projects for IF proposal. An approach to narrow down the number of selected mature projects. One of the key deliverables in the project.Related to Task 2.3.

6 lectures for an advanced master class available for distribution

For each lecture a slide deck with guidance is available. In total six lectures are available focused on the different criteria of the ETS IF.Related to Task 3.1. Linked to Task 3.2.

Report from first meeting with other CSA's within the same call

Report from first meeting with other CSA's within the same call. The report will contain a.o. lessons learned and common methodology.Related to Task 5.4. Linked to Tasks 2.1-2.4.

Selection of experts to become members of the evaluation commission. The members will be chosen amongst employees at the research partners. Related to Task 2.2.
