Resultado final

Specification of the technology solutions and their impact (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

The deliverable will describe the most impactful technologies to accelerate supply chain resilience and will cluster them in terms of ecosystems and impact on the different indicators.

Industrial ecosystems and existing risk-driven supply chain models (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

This deliverable will describe the characterization of targeted industrial ecosystems, their associated disruptions and risks, as well as the identified risk-driven supply chain models and supply chain models that focus on dealing with disruptive events

Mapping of advanced technologies (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

This deliverable will describe the critical advanced technologies that supply chain business relies on, and the suppliers that currently provide them. It will be complemented with alternate suppliers and an evaluation of their reliability. The report contains a description of advanced technologies that are important for supply chain management. It provides a description of the technologies and how they can influence the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain performance. It will describe the application of the selected technologies, the benefits, challenges and case studies where they are currently being applied. It will also include a section on future trends and recommendations for the adoption of these technologies. From the suppliers' point of view, an evaluation of the main suppliers of these technologies will also be performed. An outline of the reputational history of each of these vendors will be provided, as well as information on the size, number of customers and technological capabilities of each vendor. An effort will be made to include references and testimonials from users of the tools to provide guidance to other potential users.

D&C&E plan – Second version (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

Additional details of the D&C&E plan with modifications (if needed) together with a list of completed activities and mid-term assessment in terms of KPIs

Gaps analysis and opportunities recommendations (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

The deliverable will provide a map of open gaps per ecosystem, their application, level of penetration and potential.

Supply Chain Models for the identified ecosystems (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

This deliverable will describe quantitative models for the various supply chain ecosystems to evaluate different configurations.

Mapping of supply chain models to the industrial ecosystems with readiness and responsiveness measurement analysis (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

This deliverable will provide mapping of identified risk-driven supply chain models to targeted industrial ecosystems, while defining the drivers and challenges for each industrial ecosystem, considering the readiness and responsiveness of their supply chains in against disruptive events and improved resilience. The deliverable will comprise two parts: (1) the results of a systematic literature review that will present what is known and what is not known in the literature about the impact of resilience practices on resilience performance of supply chains. In addition to identifying current models of resilience and supply chain risk management, the intellectual structure of the literature will be presented, including the evolution of the theme in recent years, the main journals and authors; (2) the results of an abductive research-based approach, which will explore the causal relationships between the models and practices identified in the literature and the industrial ecosystems that are part of the project. This part of the deliverable will use and supplement the information presented in D1.1.
