M&E Framework (opens in new window)D4.1: MEL Framework is a comprehensive document that outlines the monitoring and evaluation strategy. A well mix of relevant indicators to measure progress, monitor implementation and communicate performance will be used in alignment with the Horizon Europe Monitoring and Evaluation Framework. In addition to activity indicators, It includes clearly defined outcomes, outputs, and pathway to impact. Comprehensive reporting toolkit, data collection process, and templates are provided within the framework as annexes to guide implementation. This framework, will be developed by UEFISCDI with support of IRESEN and contributions from PtJ and all co-funded call partners, incorporates lessons learned from previous projects and stakeholder inputs. The overall ai mis to provide a structured approach to track progress, measure performance, and ensure accountability, with a finalized and endorsed version expected by Month 10.Task 4.1
