M&E Framework (si apre in una nuova finestra)D4.1: MEL Framework is a comprehensive document that outlines the monitoring and evaluation strategy. A well mix of relevant indicators to measure progress, monitor implementation and communicate performance will be used in alignment with the Horizon Europe Monitoring and Evaluation Framework. In addition to activity indicators, It includes clearly defined outcomes, outputs, and pathway to impact. Comprehensive reporting toolkit, data collection process, and templates are provided within the framework as annexes to guide implementation.
