Description of the relevant procedures, quality rules and indicators set, templates, internal deadlines disclosure of QA procedures. Feedback regarding the discussion of vulnerabilities and related solutions by providing a thorough analysis of potential vulnerabilities associated with the project. This will include a detailed assessment of risks and corresponding mitigation strategies to ensure robustness and resilience in our solutions.

Stakeholders engagement plan, CSS Gap Analysis Report and User Feedback Summary (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

Comprehensive assessment of existing CSS services, highlighting areas for improvement, gaps in service capabilities, and recommendations for enhancement. Matrix outlining specific gaps identified in each CSS service. Also, a summary of feedback from CSS users, including satisfaction levels, challenges faced, and suggestions for improvement. Plans for engaging and consulting stakeholders and identifying challenges at the pilot sites.During the THEIA project a comprehensive overview of our stakeholder engagement strategy, including methods of communication, feedback mechanisms, and how stakeholder input will be integrated. This will ensure clarity on how stakeholder relationships are managed and how their contributions influence the project’s outcomes. The overall strategy concerning the stakeholder’s engagement will be documented in D5.1 “Stakeholders engagement plan, CSS Gap Analysis Report and User Feedback Summary” in M4. **IMPORTANT NOTE: Based on the SEC ESR deliverable D5.1, is a sensitive deliverable that the Security Advisory Board must review and give particular attention to determine whether the use cases treated in the project lead to a border security threat or vulnerability assessment.

Identification and definition of new application scenarios and use cases for CSS services, aligned with emerging security challenges and user requirements.
