The updated version of the initial DMP which was submitted on M4. Updated report describing the way data is generated, collected, and handled. This is a living document evolving during the lifetime of the project.

Integration and Field Test Report

The deliverable will be a report on how AIT's multi-sensor platform was added to THEIA's system, how the sensors were tested and optimised, the development of AI detection and tracking algorithms, and the results from testing the drones in the field. It will show how the task was completed and how it improves THEIA's ability to monitor the ground. (Output of Task 7.4)

Exploitation plan (Version 1)

Initial version (1) of the Exploitation Plan. This document has three iterations in total. Outlines all exploitation actions and IPR issues. Also, a clear, step-by-step plan outlining the technical and developmental milestones required to reach the desired TRLs should be provided and regularly updated. Additionally, to include a comprehensive cost/benefit analysis and a detailed deployment timeline for operational environments to ensure a thorough understanding of the path to full operational capability.

Risk Identification Management & Quality Assurance Plan

Description of the relevant procedures, quality rules and indicators set, templates, internal deadlines disclosure of QA procedures. Feedback regarding the discussion of vulnerabilities and related solutions by providing a thorough analysis of potential vulnerabilities associated with the project. This will include a detailed assessment of risks and corresponding mitigation strategies to ensure robustness and resilience in our solutions.
