Agenda of the Conference (final)

The content and agenda team will prepare the final agenda for the Conference with all the high level panels and plenary sessions. They have to prepare the Conference’s agenda and content in order to involve and attract the most possible participants.

Website functioning

The communication and dissemination team will be responsible to set up a dedicated Conference website. The website should contain all the important informations regarding the conference (e.g. agenda, location, presentations).

The communication and dissemination team will be responsible to carry out media campaigns (pre and post event), including press contacts and social media. With the communication campaign they should attract the most participants .
