Data Management Plan
(opens in new window)
A comprehensive Data Management Plan (DMP) will be developed at the start of the project in full alignment with the European Commission's Open Science agenda and the FAIR data principles. All datasets generated from in vitro, in vivo, and in silico experiments will be accompanied by comprehensive metadata and deposited in public repositories to promote easy discovery and accessibility. Data will be provided in formats such as CSV or FASTA to ensure compatibility with other datasets and enhance interoperability. Raw transcriptome and proteome data will be made publicly available through the Sequence Read Archive (SRA) at NCBI. In vivo studies will strictly adhere to the ARRIVE guidelines, ensuring that ethical considerations and experimental protocols are transparently shared to facilitate reproducibility. The project will prioritize publication in Gold Open Access journals to ensure unrestricted and immediate access to research findings, contributing to the open science.
