Strengthening of the RDI potential for advanced materials and composites to enhance the performance of the electrical industry

Objective

The INDUMAT aims to strengthen the ICPE-CA research and innovation activity to be able to participate in FP6 consortium, taking in account that FP6 contributes to build the European Research Area. The Specific Programme from FP6, ?The Integrating and Str engthening of the European Research Area?, can be seen as a driving force for European socio-economic growth, bringing together the scientific communities, companies and researchers of Europe. In the same way is structured the INDUMAT proposal, the final goal being to use research as a driving force for Romanian socio-economic growth, in the field of electrical engineering, through ICPE ? CA. The way to realize this aim is to improve the level of excellence and to acquire the European level and is follo wed by INDUMAT, having following objectives: ? Improvement of the infrastructure; ? Improvement of the excellence in research; ? Promotion of young researchers; ? Dissemination of the research results; ? Increase the participation of industry and stakehold er in the determination of priorities of public research; ? Promoting technology transfer for industry and spin-off creation; ? Improvement of joint RDI activity with Romanian and European universities. Therefore, this project shall increase the knowledge about FP 6 amongst researchers and by this way to promote the participation of ICPE?CA in FP 6 projects. Our goal is to mobilize already existing and emerging human and material resources in order to create synergies and additional momentum for these top ics in ICPE?CA.

Fields of science (EuroSciVoc)

Topic(s)

Calls for proposals are divided into topics. A topic defines a specific subject or area for which applicants can submit proposals. The description of a topic comprises its specific scope and the expected impact of the funded project.

Call for proposal

Procedure for inviting applicants to submit project proposals, with the aim of receiving EU funding.

Funding Scheme

Funding scheme (or “Type of Action”) inside a programme with common features. It specifies: the scope of what is funded; the reimbursement rate; specific evaluation criteria to qualify for funding; and the use of simplified forms of costs like lump sums.
