Summary of the context and overall objectives of the project

DeepOpinion addresses the critical challenge of processing unstructured data, a significant barrier to operational efficiency across industries. Our Generative Automation Platform leverages AI to automate the handling of unstructured documents, significantly reducing the time and resources required for such tasks. By making the building of powerful AI automations accessible without the need for technical expertise, we enable businesses to redirect their focus from mundane tasks to strategic, creative, and empathetic activities that drive innovation and growth.
Our project not only aims to reduce operational costs and increase efficiency but also to empower a future workplace where AI augments human capabilities, fostering a more creative and fulfilling work environment. In leading Europe's digital transformation, DeepOpinion envisions a future where technology enhances human potential, allowing businesses and individuals to focus on what truly matters.

Work performed from the beginning of the project to the end of the period covered by the report and main results achieved so far

DeepOpinion advancements include a new Auto Machine Learning framework to automate unstructured text and document processing, leveraging academic insights and open-source tech to enhance data integration and application efficiency.

Significant progress was made in Natural Language Understanding and Intelligent Document Processing, enabling users to build powerful AI with user-friendly interfaces simplifying machine learning for non-technical users. The project also enhanced its workflow Automation Builder, introducing a drag-and-drop interface, and the ability to easily construct end-to-end AI automations with AI Skills capable of putting even complex cognitive processes on autopilot.

Progress beyond the state of the art and expected potential impact (including the socio-economic impact and the wider societal implications of the project so far)

DeepOpinion has developed a groundbreaking no-code B2B SaaS platform for automating unstructured text and document processes. It integrates Natural Language Understanding and Large Language Models, achieving 65%+ zero-touch processing. This platform could significantly disrupt the market by providing a user-friendly solution for complex process automation, offering substantial efficiency gains and cost savings to customers.
For continued growth, DeepOpinion should focus on further platform development based on user feedback, invest in marketing to increase adoption and explore further research to enhance automation capabilities. Additionally, expanding market access, hiring great talent, acquiring capital, forming strategic partnerships, and enabling security compliance is important.
