Project description
AI-powered workflow automation platform
Imagine a future where people are liberated from mundane back-office tasks, free to unleash their creativity and focus on meaningful work. The European Innovation Council is investing in that vision by funding DeepOpinion, a no-code B2B-SaaS platform designed to transform the way organisations handle unstructured text and document processes. DeepOpinion's user-friendly interface enables teams to easily build human-level AI to automate complex tasks end to end, seamlessly integrating with existing RPA setups and over 150 enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics. The funding will be channeled towards enhancing AI capabilities and automating text and document processes, enabling an era of efficiency and innovation. As the world embraces DeepOpinion's revolutionary approach, businesses will unlock unparalleled productivity and individuals will be able to carry out more meaningful work.
Objective
DeepOpinion is a B2B SaaS platform for end-to-end automation of unstructured text- and document-heavy processes that has been developed as a no-code platform, empowering end-users and automation experts to build human-level AI skills that can be integrated into making existing bots “intelligent” bots or used to create end-to-end intelligent workflows from scratch.
DeepOpinion is based on a proprietary ML engine created over 4 years of R&D for automated deep learning for Natural Language Understanding (autonlu.com) and Intelligent Document Processing, automatically training the best AI models for data sets in 100+ languages.
DeepOpinion consists of 2 core components: 1) Cognitive Skill Builder (AI Builder) & 2) Flow Builder.
The Skill Builder is a no-code interface used to create various custom cognitive skills (AI skills, NLU, IDP tasks) to infuse into existing bots, or to create “smart bots”, built on AutoNLU. The Flow Builder allows customers to create new automation workflows.
