Final Report Summary - NUDEV (New Organic Semiconductor Device Concepts)
The NuDev project aimed at creating and investigating new designs and geometries for organic transistor devices. Changing the current path from lateral to vertical direction enabled effective device-dimensions in the range of the device thickness (nm instead of µm). Utilizing various structuring methods and specially tailored molecules, we achieved device performance superior to standard organic devices.
