Objectives
The objective of PRORES project was transfer of knowledge in the field of restructuring from three perspectives: economic, ecological and social development. That is why four well prepared Universities from Ukraine, Lithuania and Poland were chosen to carried out the activity. Special attention in the project was given to early stage researchers. Due to project they was taken an extensive training in hosting countries. Acquiring knowledge on these perspectives was allowed gaining skills necessary to more efficient solving of restructuring problems in European and local markets.
Even if PRORES project concerns mobility as a primary objective, the interdisciplinary research is also an important part. The project made environmental issues central to research on organisational restructuring, stressing the ecological and the social issues. Basic methodology was “case study” covering selected companies in project partner countries. The results of the research, as a form of new knowledge, disseminated amongst different stakeholders of pro-ecological restructuring.
The work
According to project schedule all work package was fulfill. Relating to project aims the quality of exchanged researchers were high. It concern both groups: early stage and experienced researchers.
Transfer of knowledge concerning company restructuring, the ‘greening’ of companies and social consequences that follow from company’s restructuring were done based on 4 general kind of fellows activities:
1. Workshops and conferences as a formal meetings.
2. Seminars given by fellows during their fellowship.
3. Join data base created with using “dropbox” internet software.
4. Publication based directly and indirectly on the project activities, including single papers and monographs..

Main results
Since the 15.06.2011 year until 14.06.2015 (end of project) plenty of different activities was done. The main results are below:
• There were 15 international events as conferences and workshops organized under the project activities during its time. The events were more or less directly referred to project topic. The last conference organized in Szczecin, Poland was directly referred to scientific outcome of the project research.
• The fellows of the project have given over 200 presentations during fellowships in conferences, workshops, seminars. The special attention was stressed to activities of fellows during secondments. Almost all stays were full of seminars and lectures, meetings with host organization staff and stakeholders.
• 12 monographs were issued during the project activities – one (the last) is under process of issuing.
• Over 200 publications were prepared and published in the project by the participants. The publications were individual but also collective.
• The planned research was done – 16 case studies from 3 countries are prepared. Every partners organization have submitted 4 case studies from its country. The book will collect all of them to have the results in one place.
• The quantitative research was done in Poland. The poll questionnaires try to answer the main hypothesis of the project.
• Staff from universities have achieved scientific and career development. Next to new knowledge gained through exchange of people lot of them have higher scientific title – there are new doctors, habilitated doctors and professors, that use participation in PRORES project to develop scientific career.

Expected results
We are working on the final publication of the results – the last book. The monograph will be ready after the project – until end of 2015 year. Also what is worth to mention the policy recommendation was a part of the project outcome. The outcomes useful in the policy creating are related to market, company management and employees. We expect to use the recommendation by authorities and companies, too.
