Creative Cooperation in Cultural Heritage

Objetivo

CreativeCH will promote cooperation and mutual innovation among organisations of Science & Technology (S&T), Cultural Heritage (CH) and Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI), and highlight the contribution of such cooperations and innovations to vital European economic, social and cultural objectives.
The goals of the CreativeCH Action Plan are, a) enable cities and regions across Europe to benefit from CH assets through the cooperation of S&T, CH and CCI organisations, b) encourage and involve students in such cooperations.
On the European level CreativeCH will promote sharing of knowledge and experiences in S&T – CH - CCI cooperation through an open peer-learning network, a series of workshops at major European events, and a virtual forum for students and practitioners. These activities will include collecting examples of innovative S&T - CH - CCI cooperations, identifying success factors, and providing recommendations on good practice.
On the Local level, CreativeCH will realise showcases of S&T - CH - CCI cooperations that demonstrate how such cooperations can help overcome barriers in the access to, and understanding of, cultural heritage. The focus is on issues of “glocal” character, i.e. that are common to cultural heritage worldwide but tackled in an exemplary way in a concrete local setting. The showcases will also have a particular focus on involving and training students.
