This deliverable is the result of the activities carried out in Task 6.8. BRESAER system will be evaluated by the implementation of the envelope system at model level in four virtual demo buildings.

First year´s performed communication activities

According to the Initial Communication plan, the objective of this Deliverable is describing whole communication activities developed during the first year.

Report on existing standards and standardization landscape

This deliverable is the result of the activities of Task 7.1.Standarization, with the objective of facilitate through standardization the acceptance and utilization by the market of the developed solution. The deliverable will present an identification of related applicable standards by identifying the existing standards and the on-going developments (at European and international levels) applicable to BRESAER solution. It is proposed at the very beginning of the project as it will constitute an important output that could influence the technical definition of the BRESAER system and its components.

Final year´s performed communication activities

According to the Initial Communication plan, the objective of this Deliverable is describing whole communication activities developed during the last year and the conclusions of all project.

BRESAER system tested and validated

This deliverable is the result of the activities carried out in Task 3.7. It is the validation of the BRESAER system under CPD's standards.

Performance assessment of the real demonstration

This deliverable is the result of the activities carried out in Tasks 6.2 and 6.7. It will collect the evaluation of the real demonstrator through measurements and energy modelling, inluding analysis of possible causes for any divergence between measured and calculated results.

BRESAER system costs and payback calculations

This deliverable is the final result of the activities carried out in Task 2.4. It will define an update and refinement of the initial calculations once the envelope components are optimized and enhanced.

Preliminary constructive design

This deliverable is one of the result of the activities carried out in Task 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4 and 3.5. It will define the preliminary constructive design for each envelope component (structural elements of façade and roof, lightweight industrialized ventilated façade module, multifunctional insulation panels, combined solar thermal air and PV envelope component and dynamic window).

Building Energy Management System (BEMS) definition

This deliverable will collect all the developments carried out in Task 5.1. It will be defined all the requirements of the BEMS, the ICT solutions for system controlling, the data model, and the external systems integration.

Final report on the interaction with standardization system

This deliverable is the final result of the activities of Task 7.1.Standarization, with the objective of facilitate through standardization the acceptance and utilization by the market of the developed solution. The deliverable will resume the activities and feedback collected from the interaction with the standardization technical committees (TCs) related with the project in order to improve the development and the exploitation strategy of the project, checking the feasibility and guide the characteristics of a future standardization of the project results.

First report on the interaction with the standardization system

This deliverable is related to the activities of Task 7.1.Standarization, with the objective of facilitate through standardization the acceptance and utilization by the market of the developed solution. The deliverable will resume the activities and feedback collected, during the first 36 months of the project, from the interaction with the standardization technical committees (TCs) related with the project in order to improve the development and the exploitation strategy of the project, checking the feasibility and guide the characteristics of a future standardization of the project results.

Initial costs and payback calculations for the demonstration locations

This deliverable is the result of the initial activities carried out in Task 2.4. It will define the initial estimation of the economic impacts of the system when used in a retrofitting project.

2nd version of the Data Management Plan

The objective of the 2nd version is to update the initial Data Management Plan, in order to fine-tune it to the data generated and the uses identified by the consortium since not all data or potential uses are clear from the start.

Final version of the Data Management Plan

This deliverable provides the final version of the Data Management Plan, implemented by the consortium.
