In accordance with the European Commissions relevant goals and vision several outreach actions informative brochures Information days collaboration with relevant ECfunded projects and initiatives dedicated section at the PERSEUS public website etc shall be conducted throughout the duration of the project in order to create awareness and introduce students of both genders to aerospace research as well as enhance student mobility and exchanges across the EU These actions and mechanisms will be carefully and strategically designed and implemented so as to equally attract both genders to studies leading to aviation careers thus promote nondiscrimination and equal opportunities T024
