Compliance with nanoparticle handling under the Code of Conduct for a Responsible Nanosciences and Nanotechnology Research

In this deliverable documents related to the demonstration of compliance with the EU recommendations of 07/02/2008 on a Code of Conduct for a Responsible Nanosciences and Nanotechnologies Research, with special attention to health and safety procedures conforming to relevant local/national guidelines/legislation for staff involved in research, is to be submitted. This is following the recommendations of the Ethics committee report. No nanoparticle-related work with start within ROLL-OUT (WP1 and WP2) until this deliverable is submitted by M1.

Report on pressure, temperature and capacitive sensors based on optimized processes and structures

Apart from the electronics, the development of an autonomous system requires sensors and batteries. Development of such sensors and batteries to be used in this project will be reported in this deliverable.

In-free oxide TFTs on flexible substrates with µFE>15 cm2/Vs and ΔVT<0.5 V under NBIS with E=1 MV/cm for 1 h

Development of the basic building block of the components and systems - the transistor. The goal in this project is to use In-free materials and the results of this investigation will be reported in the deliverable.

Printed batteries with solid-state electrolyte for packaging and automotive applications

Development of printed batteries to be used in the autonomous systems will be done and reported here.
