OPTi Optimisation of District Heating Cooling systems

Deliverables

Economic modelling and sustainability

This deliverable will present the final results of T32 on consumer incentivisation and behavioural aspects as well as the evaluation of the economic sustainability of the OPTi framework

Test report Ver 2

The deliverable will be a report defining the success of technologies developed in the OPTi framework as an outcome of the evaluation in the context of the validations, the related KPIs and against the expected impact of the project. The Test report will come in two issues.

State-of-the-art, scenarios, project requirements and KPI

Documentation of the state of the art, scenarios and requirements, as well as key performance indicators

Data modelling and management

This deliverable will define specifications for data acquisition, management (DB schemas) and access within the OPTi framework. A requirement analysis will be performed to design application programming interfaces (APIs) needed for trials, as well as for data sharing amongst the modules. As the results of this task would form a technical foundation of the collaboration within the OPTi project, it will be published as a technical report for rest of the partners.

User-centric and friendly design Ver. 1

This deliverable will document guidelines for a user-friendly design. With a pre release M6 and final version M22

Automated DR algorithms specification

This deliverable will provide the specification of the methodologies and associated algorithms for ADR to facilitate peak demand reduction

Integration and validation plan

This is the plan for the integration and validation of the project. This includes all the plans for integration of the components developed in the project as well as the validation phase. The validation will be performed in a simulated and/or real environment in the pilots.

Will come in a pre version M6 and final M15

Consumer modelling and incentives

This deliverable will present the results of T3.1 on consumer preference modelling as well as the initial definition of incentive mechanisms, both social and monetary ones.

Optimization and control algorithms specification

D5.2 will present the flexible control and optimization methods that consider the availability of services from e.g. sensors, actuators, meters and computerized control centrals at different hierarchy levels.

Dynamic physical system modelling

Fully dynamical model of the physical DHC network This model will serves as input to WP5 and used for the design of optimal control strategies The model will also provide input to WP6 where it will be part of the simulation framework used for use case evaluation and verification
