Identified best practices will be showcased in a short report.

Common analysis grid

Common analysis grid for the analysis of the effectiveness of instruments and tools current in use.

Review of current governance processes (local languages with EN summary)

The report will summarise the findings from task 4.1, per city but also highlighting commonalities and differences between cities and identifying needs to upgrading the process(es).

Blue prints of upgraded governance processes (local languages with EN summary)

The report will summarise the upgraded governance processes and highlight the innovative elements proposed. It will also include the experiences from testing of elements. D4.1 and D4.2 might finally also be presented together as one report.

Feedback towards research & innovation

This deliverable closes the loop back to research and innovation on national level (national research programmes) as well as on European (H2020) and international level (IEA Implementing Agreement), and communicates the city experiences related to needs for further research and innovation.

Analysis of innovative technical solutions (EN)

This report will summarise the results of tasks 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3. It will also include the experiences from the participating cities as well from other experiences of cities where visited. It will particularly look for undocumented lessons, e.g. why options have been dropped, as well as concerns, differentiated perspectives, etc.

Documentation of communication + dissemination plan as well as of the implemented activities (EN)

Documentation of communication and dissemination plan as well as of the implemented activities (M1, M15, M33)

Review of local working groups

Findings from the validation of the local working groups will be gathered in a report targeted to other cities.

Documentation of workshops and study visits (EN)

This report will document events such as workshops and study tours. Those parts that serve internal documentation purposes will be confidential. Description of visited innovative solutions as well as key lessons from workshops and study tours will be public.

Implementation plans for upgrading the governance process (local languages)

For each city the implementation plan will i.a. identify the concrete action, the responsibles e.g. department(s) in charge and a schedule.

Review of used instruments and tools (local languages with EN summary)

The report will summarise and present the findings of tasks 3.1 and 3.2. by city as well as across cities.

Master event for knowledge transfer

A master event for a half day of knowledge transfer will be designed and prepared by the project partners, including presentations as well as visits, where appropriate.

Dissemination packages (EN and local languages)

The final format(s) for dissemination whether a report, short videos, etc. will be decided during the project upon input from external communication expertise.

Website

For communication with a wider audience a simple website will be created, which will inform about the progress of the project as well as other news related to the project.
