Grid Integrated Multi Megawatt High Pressure Alkaline Electrolysers for Energy Applications

Deliverables

Final report on dissemination activities and materials

Document summarising the activities on dissemination and awareness carried out during ELYntegration project and their impact.

Update 2 of dissemination and awareness plan

A detailed dissemination, communication and awareness plan will be developed at the beginning of the project, being periodically updated and deployed along the project life cycle. The different versions will include the activities actually developed in the project according to the previous plan version as well as the foreseen ones for the next period

Dissemination and awareness plan

A detailed dissemination, communication and awareness plan will be developed at the beginning of the project. The dissemination and awareness plan will describe the dissemination goals, target groups, dissemination channels and individual approaches for particular partners providing a regular flow of information

Assessment on market potential

The market study will focus on the national policies towards renewable energy and energy storage, availability and price of electricity, business climate, the presence of target sectors (e.g. manufacturers) and users, and possible other drivers that could assist in the wider implementation (such as EU structural funds).

Final project report

Final report summarising ELYntegration activities, tasks and main results.

First strategy plan for commercial exploitation of the results

Each partner will generate exploitable results and be responsible for the exploitation; however, the most important synergies can be achieved by a common and long term exploitation strategy aimed at wider implementation of the electrolyser components and systems developed. The first strategy plan will contain the detailed definition of the exploitable results

Final strategy plan for commercial exploitation of the results

Each partner will generate exploitable results and be responsible for the exploitation; however, the most important synergies can be achieved by a common and long term exploitation strategy aimed at wider implementation of the electrolyser components and systems developed. After the second exploitation meeting, D6.7 will include the development of the exploitation strategy and business plan.

Update 1 of dissemination and awareness plan

A detailed dissemination, communication and awareness plan will be developed at the beginning of the project, being periodically updated and deployed along the project life cycle. The different versions will include the activities actually developed in the project according to the previous plan version as well as the foreseen ones for the next period

Midterm project report

Progress report on technical and financial documentation updated for the midterm review

Quality Management Plan

The results of the project will be evaluated and validated to ensure the performance of the objectives and the quality of them. Moreover, during the testing period of the project, data will be collected and analyzed, in order to validate the results developed for the optimization of the system design, operation and control. Project Consortium is deeply committed on assuring high quality results. In order to achieve these high standards, a Quality Management Plan will be developed in task 1.6 (M6) in order to define role and responsibilities to ensure them

Final report on most attractive business models and value chain proposition

Business models for electrolyser operation will be developed, analysed and evaluated, possible industry sectors as well as mobility and public transportation will be determined and the economic impact of arbitrage trade analysed.

Specific national business cases

To help exploiting the project results in Europe, several business cases (case studies) will be developed to support the further implementation of electrolysers integrated in grids with renewable generation. Models and strategies will be developed to solve possible bottlenecks, for example relating to capital, permitting, etc

Demonstration a maximum 4 stacks 250 HP AWE

Assembly, commissioning and test of the performance of the real scale stacks together with the developed C&CS.

ELYntegration website

Development of the website for the project as the main communication tool for dissemination materials and public information
