The commercial feasibility was evaluated by analyzing the current parking market: technology level, number of possible selling-points, main players, etc. A series of indicators were applied to each of the main countries set as target in order to determine their suitability and potential interest for the implementation of automated technologies in car parks. The competitors (direct and indirect) and their solutions were also analyzed and a map of main stakeholders was set. The legal rules and regulations were analysed in order to determine current and future conditions related to laws that regulate the implementation of automatic technologies in private/public car parks. The best IPR protection has been analysed and the technological feasibility has been assessed along with the financial one.
