Report on the outcomes of all communication, dissemination and stakeholder engagement activities performed and impact gauging
Tender Material Publication, including: - Signed Joint Procurement Agreement - Tender Evaluation Criteria - Technical Requirements - Procurement Contract
Report including the communication, dissemination and stakeholder engagement strategy and covering all communication and outreach activities planned across the target groups. It also defines the performance measures that can be used to monitor the effectiveness of the plan. WP7 identifies SMEs as a stakeholder group in the promotion of the PCP tender and a specific section on SMEs as potential suppliers will be part of deliverable D7.1 Communication). SME engagement will be monitored via an expansion of the key performance indicators as follows: Number of suppliers contacted : 30 (of which 30% will be SMEs) Number of bidding suppliers: 19 (of which 30% will be SMEs) An updated version of the plan is foreseen at month 18.
Based on an evaluation of the results from the PCP co-fund action and the best practices assessment, this report will be composed of recommendations for future activities.
Document detailing a proposal for exploiting the HNSciCloud solutions after the project end
Report on the open market consultation and the results duly taken into account to define the tender specifications
The assessment will be based on the Summary reports of “lessons learnt” from each implementation stage: deign, prototyping and pilot. This report will feed into the Roadmap for the implementation of a full-scale European open science cloud, which will be documented
The procured services will be compared to existing production grid solutions deployed by WLCG and EGI. The WLCG collaboration ran a series of service challenges to establish the production grid system and the lessons learned and tools developed during this process will be valuable in assessing the acceptability of the R&D services to be procured. To monitor the results, a series of existing software test tools developed in the WLCG and EGI will be demonstrated
Plan describing what data the project will generate, whether and how it will be exploited or made accessible for verification and reuse, and how it will be curated and preserved.
