Report including the communication, dissemination and stakeholder engagement strategy and covering all communication and outreach activities planned across the target groups. It also defines the performance measures that can be used to monitor the effectiveness of the plan.
WP7 identifies SMEs as a stakeholder group in the promotion of the PCP tender and a specific section on SMEs as potential suppliers will be part of deliverable D7.1 Communication). SME engagement will be monitored via an expansion of the key performance indicators as follows:
Number of suppliers contacted : 30 (of which 30% will be SMEs)
Number of bidding suppliers: 19 (of which 30% will be SMEs)
An updated version of the plan is foreseen at month 18.
