This document presents the project coordination aspects and the project supporting procedures. More specifically, it describes the knowledge base, which consists of procedures, tools and information needed to manage and support the project work activities. Finally, it contains sections devoted to Quality Plan and to the Risk Management Plan respectively. A risk register is presented.

Data Management Plan

Communication kit update

Update of the leaflet presenting the main objectives of the project, the consortium, the activities and results and it will be distributed to national and international events as well as to the local workshops and the international conference.

Approval by ethical committees

The official approvals by the local Ethics Committee.

Data Management Plan_new

A data management plan will be produced within the first three months of the project. The plan will include the following categories: Administrative data; type of data and collection method; documentation and metadata; ethics and legal compliance; storage and backup; deletion and preservation; data sharing, responsibilities and resources.

Provision of a optical-ultrasound phantom kit

A kit of phantoms that could be utilized for testing the probe and the systems.

Fully functional LUCA system

The fully functional LUCA system to be used as demonstrator.

Project web site

Create and maintain a project web site in a .EU domain that will be regularly updated. It offers general information about the project, its partners and the ICT-Programme. LUCA website is used for the Consortium (Reserved Area), for dissemination towards stakeholders (Registered Area) and for public dissemination (Public Area).

The video provides an overview of the LUCA project.

Dissemination material

Design and production of dissemination material (logo, templates, fact-sheet, project presentation, leaflet, poster) with a unified “look and feel”, establishing a “strong” project identity. The leaflet - presenting the main objectives of the project, the consortium, the activities and results - will be updated and it will be distributed to national and international events as well as to the local workshops and the international conference.
