Livrables

Collaboration and Valorisation strategy

strategy of strengthening ties between IMP-PAN and industry and socjety, and of return and investment.

One paper for each of the elaborated training/educational programmes outlined in D 1.1 and D 1.3 prepared jointly between IMP-PAN and AAU staff

Each paper will include details on merits of the training programme and the project proposals and on the outcomes.

Internal training materials

a manual to give series of internal seminars to researchers within IMP-PAN

External training materials

a manual to communicate gained knowledge to external stakeholders not directly connected with IMP-PAN

Detailed 3-year training/educational programme in micro-scale energy systems analyses

design and implementation of individual research programmes for IMP-PAN researchers

Detailed 3-year training/educational programme in macro-scale energy systems analyses

the design and implementation of individual research programmes for IMP-PAN researchers

Yearly activity reports on WP2

there will be three reports of the same scheme as the ones submitted to the EC

Setup test case for model building elaborated by IMP-PAN staff for training

the work done by IMP PAN will be supervised by UT

Final report on dissemination and exploitation results

will be included in the final project report

Yearly activity reports on WP1

there will be three reports of the same scheme as the ones submitted to the EC

A one-page statement about introducing the reporting tool for compliance with Widening KPI

as required by the EC

Dissemination and exploitation plan

the plan will include the effective and sustainable dissemination of knowledge, during but also beyond the end of the project, coordination of knowledge management and other innovation-related activities, promoting and supporting the exploitation of the project results, providing adequate and effective protection of knowledge transferred in the project, having due regard to the legitimate interests of the partners concerned, and reporting about these activities

Use model building as shared facility (test case for external partners)

The case study will try to further develop multidiscipline work settings within IMP-PAN and the focus on relevance for society.

Report detailing project proposals jointly submitted

The report will include summary of the submitted proposals

Project website and communication pack

A first communication pack will be developed in the early stage of the project, focusing on the dissemination of the aims, objectives and expected outcomes, whereas a second pack will be developed at the end of the project, aimed at acting as a marketing tool for the project’s exploitable foreground.

Provision of web-based interface/monitoring/communication tool (e-platform)

All the internal documents will be shared and exchanged via a common e-platform with structured information concerning the whole work carried out in the different WPs, the deliverables, the progress reports, the organisation of the meetings, and forum of discussion on different issues of the project. The e-platform will also help to monitor achievement of the proposed milestones, to evaluate data and technical deliverables and finally to disseminate knowledge

Set of templates for reporting deliverables milestones costs follow up

common templates adapted to the SUPREME project for official progress reporting towards EC
