The biological activity of the powders and the reconstitution of CaP population will be thoroughly evaluated in vitro in cardiomyocyte lines (HL-1), adult primary mouse cardiomyocytes and human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPS)-derived cardiomyocytes.
