IMOVE Living Labs: high-level progress report (mid-term)

A periodic high-level report covering and crosslinking the activities from the independent LLs and extracting conclusions that should be considered for IMOVE implementation of WP1, WP2, WP3, WP5 and WP6. The mid-term version is based on developments and achievements from the second iteration of IMOVE LLs, and is constructed from the detailed account of LLs progress provided in D4.8.

IMOVE Living Labs: high-level progress report (final)

The final high-level report covering and crosslinking the activities from the independent LLs and extracting conclusions of a general interest beyond the individual LLs. Based on developments and achievements from the third and final iteration of IMOVE LLs, this report is generated out of the detailed account of final LLs results provided in D4.9.

IMOVE Living Labs scoping document

Document defining the scope of IMOVE LLs and the interactions with the technical WPs. The document includes a session for each of selected IMOVE LLs (Torino, Greater Manchester, Goeteborg and the roaming LL) produced by the relevant LL responsible partner (see tasks T4.2-T4.6) according to the guidelines set out in deliverable D4.1.

A report to internal project stakeholders that details the content, structure and governance of emerging MaaS business models, with close attention given to the parameters that can potentially influence sustainable travel behaviour [based on task 1.1]

Ethics Compliance Report Final Version

This Deliverable will present all the types of data which the Living Labs intend to collate and the necessary approvals needed from national data protection authorities. It will contain the Data Protection Certificates. It will allow Living Labs to proceed with the assurances that ethical standards are being adhered to and will be updated at the end of the project to present how such adherence has benefited the project implementation as well as the challenges faced and recommendations for sister projects.

Data Sharing in MaaS: assessment of opportunities and barriers

This Deliverable will be the output of Task 3.2 and will provide a detailed analysis of the data shared by all the different actors of IMOVE system, along with the data sharing opportunities and barriers that each actor (e.g. user, provider) faces.

The report describing the final architecture and design of the IMOVE platform together its functional and technical specification

Guidelines for successful multi-stakeholder partnerships

A report to internal project stakeholders that provides a description of the state-of-the-art alongside and framework of tools and guidelines for engaging diverse actors and stakeholders in MaaS initiatives at a pre-commercial stage [based on task 1.1].

Communication and dissemination strategy (including corporate identity)

The strategy will define how to reach specific target groups for dissemination activities (set up of user forums), and the content of appropriate dissemination tools (brochure, website, social media).

Regulatory frameworks for sustainable business model innovation and sustainable travel behaviour

A report that presents guidelines on how to modify existing regulatory frameworks in order to enable MaaS schemes that meet cities’ and other stakeholders’ sustainability goals [based on task 1.4 ]

IMOVE Data Translators and Reference Information Model – final version

This Deliverable will be the final output of Task 3.3, which builds on the results reported in D3.3 and IR3.3. This final version of the IMOVE data translators and reference information model will take into account the results of the final tests at the Living Labs.
