DREAM school (M30)

Training event to be organized in Italy (Target 40 attendants: students, technicians, researchers). The School will be focused on practical application of additive manufacturing at industrial levels. Industrial partners of the project will be involved.

Final Workshop

The final Workshop will be organized in Italy with the title: “Excellence in laser-based additive industrial manufacturing; from the lab to real industrial applications”.

Project presentation (Initial)

Presentation of project main objectives and contents to address general audience

High resolution project logo with a reference to metal powders and additive manufacturing. Two page leaflets. Poster alighed with EC periodic conferences (i.e. Industrial Technology).

Project Handbook

The Handbook provides the Partners with a concise reference to the project management structure, tasks, responsibilities and procedures at all levels of project execution. Additionally, this document comprises documentation and communication standards in order to enable quick and efficient communication within the project consortium.

KPI Report

The report will verify the achievement of Project KPI: KPI1: at least 15% weight reduction of parts optimized in topology and for AM KPI2: reduction of more than 10% of material cost KPI3: increase over 15% of productivity achieved for PBF process KPI3: increase over 5% of production speed of laser PBF systems KPI5: increase above 20% of fatigue strength of metal parts produced with laser PBF (up to +120%)

Goal and Scope LCA and end of life scenarios

General and public introduction to the aim of LCA and end of life scenarios. A process/product preliminary environmental evaluation will be done.
