Consolidated and implemented IT infrastructure (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)Significant improvements of the existing modules in the process of consolidation will be based on new insights from operations and the process models. New modules will be built (mobile apps for users and drivers, social network integration, engagement enhancing support, automatic quality control, etc.). Deployment, scalability, security and reliability issues will be further addressed by employing the advanced infrastructure (e.g. Microsoft Azure cloud, Amazon Web Services or similar) technologies, while achieving compliance with EU data privacy regulations and best practices. The result will be pilot software implementation of consolidated and optimized infrastructure.
