This deliverable will be part of the overall KONFIDO use case scenario actions. KONFIDO Legal and Policy Requirements (Version 1) (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)This deliverable will essentially consist of an up-to-date legal manual providing guidance for the processing of health-related data in the European Union, taking into account the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (to be adopted in 2016) in the EU Member States and focusing in particular on legal and policy obstacles and solutions for the cross-border sharing of health-related data throughout the EU. A first version (to be delivered in M12) will be restricted to legal and policy issues which are directly relevant for KONFIDO and be conducted in parallel with the KONFIDO user requirements study (WP3). The final version will have a more general scope and be updated taking into account ongoing legal and policy developments
