Communication & Dissemination Strategy & PlanComprehensive strategy and plan with definition of objectives, identification and analysis of target groups, definition of messages and outputs, tools and materials, etc, including a set of indicators on a Balanced Scorecard (BSC) allowing to monitor the communication and dissemination progress.

The first version of the DMP that will be delivered within the first six months of the project. This deliverable will be a report that will specify how data will be collected, processed, monitored, catalogued, and disseminated during the project’s lifetime. It will also include a Support Pack with guidelines explaining how they should practically apply the guidelines during their research activities, which software tools and services they should use, and how they can align the project requirements with their institutions’ standard practices and systems
Second update report on Data Management Plan & Support PackThe second version of the DMP that will be delivered in month 18 of the project. Web portal including GATES User Group Community and social media profiles, project brochure, leaflet, poster and roll-up, newsletter layout will be available in the first 10 months of the project, to be consistently used all along the project.
