Deliverables

Data management Plan (opens in new window)

A DMP will be realized and might change during the project. It will be made in accordance to the Consortium Agreement. It will describe how data and documents will be manage, explain choices, methods to use them and the means to protect them. This plan will outline how the research data collected and generated will be handled during a research project, and after it is completed, describing what data will be collected/generated and following what methodology and standards, whether and how this data will be shared and/or made open, and how it will be curated and preserved. It will be updated on Month 18.

Data Management Plan update (opens in new window)

This concerns the DMP updates made during the project in accordance to the Consortium Agreement. It will describe how data and documents were managed, explain choices, methods used, the means used to protect data, and how this data was shared and/or made open, and how it will be curated and preserved.

Listing RNA and protein extracts from AD (opens in new window)

From blood cells (MCM) isolated from AD, MCI, pre-MCI patients, and from control PiB-PET[-] subjects, and cells populations separated on the bases of the different AD-HS(+) and AD-HS(-) phenotypes. The first report will be on Month 24 end the second on month 36.

Listing RNA and protein extracts from AD additional results (opens in new window)

Additional results linked to D3.3

Dissemination and exploitation plan (opens in new window)

"Guidelines regarding the PI management and dissemination actions will be defined in order to set several confidentiality issues allowing to promote the project without compromising forthcoming results exploitation. Two specific aspects for results diffusion will also be considered: - patent deposition with further publications, - publication of the mechanistic observations. Both aspects will respect the terms define in the Consortium Agreement, signed by the partners before project starts. An evolutive plan will be made to ensure effectiveness of disseminations actions : - Events like congress and symposiums will be identify and targeted as ""place to be"" - News on the website will be posted - A wild communication will be made toward the main centrers taking care of sick patients and associations/foundations dedicated to AD. "
