User centered designUser centered design: In two iterations, this deliverable documents all activities and their results in the development of ImAc user scenarios and provides detailed use cases for the selected scenarios in order to derive system specification and later pilot scenarios. M03, M13
Pilot evaluation methodology and planThis document will define for each iteration the evaluation methodology to be followed, based on the requirements, what elements will be evaluated (including technical developments) and also will detail the calendar of evaluation activities. M07, M21
Pilot operation planThis document will detail how pilots will be organised (number of users, content used, among other logistics) in order to ensure perfect execution of it. M07, M21
Platform SpecificationIn two iterations, this document described the needed technical infrastructure of the ImAc platform, including production modules, delivery and end-user equipment. M05, M15
Architecture designThis deliverable, in each of its iteration will address the design and refinement of the overall architecture, taking into account the outcomes of task 2.3 and preliminary evaluation. It feeds the rest of the tasks in the work package. M06, M16
Dissemination planA periodically updated document describing main dissemination activities and objectives (KPIs), including calendar of events, targeted audience, means to reach the audience, etc. M03, M18

Accessibility interfaceThis deliverable will release a best practice recommendation for strategies on accessibility user interfaces. M09, M19

A project website will be published with all relevant project information, spaces for publication of news, events and results. The website will be linked with all social media platforms set-up for the project. The website will be followed with regular updates.
Short movieFully accessible to disseminate the project objectives and concepts
A report outlining procedures to be implemented to ensure compliance with ethical considerations within the project (e.g. involving users in workshops, evaluations, etc.), as well as the management of the data gathered within the scope of the project.
