Data management report

Data management report gives details how data produced during MegaRoller project is stored It will also list which data is public and which is confidential

Data management plan

Data management plan will identify the data repository. The instructions on the data repository usage will be given.

Data management update

Data management update gives an update of the Data management plan. It will include details how data produced during MegaRoller project is stored and how to access that data.

Communication report I

Communication report describes the communication activities performed during M1-M18. It will also include an update of the Communication plan.

Loads model: verification, pre-validation and validation report

Loads model verification prevalidation and validation report describes the validation activities performed for the loads model The analysis results of the verification and validation activities shall be presented as well

Standards gap analysis

Standards gap analysis -deliverable describes the existing standards and their applicability. The deliverable also includes a matrix that clearly describes what WEC lifetime aspect is covered by standards and what is missing in the standards.

LCOE report

LCOE report describes the formulas to calculate the LCOE and the input values used. The final result, LCOE, is also given in the report.

Validation methodology and plans

Validation methodology and plans -deliverable will formulate the methodology for validation following the systems engineering standards and guidelines defined for new technology qualification. The deliverable describes which tests shall be performed during the project, how they will be performed and what is the acceptance criteria for each test.

Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Socio-Economic Impact Assessment (SEIA) of the MegaRoller device

Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Socio-Economic Impact Assessment (SEIA) of the MegaRoller device -deliverable gives an assessment of the environmental and socio-economic impacts. It shall be performed with the MegaRoller detailed design.

Advanced wave-structure interaction WEC model – theory and user manual

Advanced wave-structure interaction WEC model – theory and user manual will contain sufficient detail that a new user of the software can implement and use the software. The process is defined in a flow chart or similar and the theory behind the software will be adequately described.

Definition of priority DLCs and loads characterisation report

Definition of priority DLCs and loads characterisation report will list the design load cases and describe the type of load acting on each case. The value of loading for each design load case is given in this report as well.

Business cases

Business cases deliverable describes the business plan created during the project It shall be based on a costbenefit analysis

Final (Public) Report

This report gives a public description of the project It will describe the results and learnings achieved during the project

Dissemination report I

Dissemination report will describe the communication activities performed during M1-M18. It includes the list of events participated, contribution to each of them and description of other dissemination activities.

Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Socio-Economic Impact Assessment (SEIA) models -deliverable consists of a matrix of key effects that considers both stressors and receptors, monitoring activities and mitigation measures. Both environmental and socio-economic impacts are considered in the matrix.

Near shore wave-forecasting model – theory and user manual

Near shore wave-forecasting model – theory and user manual will contain sufficient detail that a new user of the software can implement and use the software. The process is defined in a flow chart or similar and the theory behind the software will be adequately described.

Standardization report

Standardization report is an extension of the standards gap analysis The standardization report gives the status of the standardization work and clear recommendations for the future activities

Final LCA report of the MegaRoller device

Final LCA report will show all the main components modelled in the software. It shall be performed with the MegaRoller detailed design.

Dissemination plan

The management and key performance indicators of the dissemination activities will be described in this plan. It will contain list of events, contribution to each and timeline of the events, web-site, social media, planned publications, events organized by the consortium.

Innovation management plan

Innovation Management Plan will clearly define the consortium approach and management of the IPR protection. The Innovation Management Plan details how to work in accordance with the IPR provisions of the collaboration agreement on issues regarding IPR access, ownership and dispute resolution.

Dissemination report II

Dissemination report will describe the dissemination activities performed during the whole project It includes the list of events participated contribution to each of them and description of other dissemination activities

Communication report II

Communication report describes the communication activities performed during the whole project It will also summarize the experiences of the communication activities
