A commercial platform providing operational Air Quality services using EO data

CORDIS provides links to public deliverables and publications of HORIZON projects.

Links to deliverables and publications from FP7 projects, as well as links to some specific result types such as dataset and software, are dynamically retrieved from OpenAIRE .

Deliverables

Data Management Plan (opens in new window)

This document will define all input data (EO and non-EO) to be used in the project, their sources and the technical requirements (interfaces, perfomances, service levels) to provide these data

Service Maintenance & Support Plan & Report (opens in new window)

Definition and establishment of support team and workflows. Evaluation and reporting of all iterations with users. Recommendations for systems and services evolution.

Project Management Plan (opens in new window)

Document describing all work packages, activities, deliverables, schedule, problems and risks,scheduled meetings, documents repositories. This documents is updated all along the project with deviations and mitigation actions. Deliverable will be updated at M6,M12,M18 and M28.

Products & Service Catalogue (opens in new window)

This document will describe the characteristics of our services and decision making tools to be produced after the customer and market research. These services shall be customised for each business case. Deliverable will be updated at M6,M12,;18 and M24.

Report on services & tools validation and quality (opens in new window)

Report validating customised services and products with on-ground data and other existing reference sources. Methodologies and metrics shall be included to assess the quality of the customised products. Deliverable will be updated at M18 and M28.

Report on services, products and tools added value and benefits (opens in new window)

Describe and estimate the benefits and added value of these customised services and tools for customers according to their requirements (WP2). Describe and estimate internally the benefits and added value of these customised services and tools for each partner according to the operations model and costs (WP2) Estimate internally the benefits and added value of these customised services and tools wrt to existing competition products and services within the market (WP2) Deliverable will be updated at M28.

SLA defined and agreed with customers (opens in new window)

SLAs defined in WP1 shall be signed and finally agreed with users. This SLAs shall be the baseline to preliminary commercial contracts at M24. Deliverable will be updated at M18 and M28.

Customer Portal & Materials (opens in new window)

The portal will be the main placeholder for all project and services communications. It will include a description of our markets, users, their user stories, our catalogue of services and news and materials (videos, brochures, manuals) to proper communicate all our project results. The contents materials to promoto and market our services will be embedded in this portal.
