The ToR will contain a list of requirements from the leaders of each CoP (including reporting requirements, communication requirements, Gantt chart development etc.); a protocol for setting up a CoP’s objectives and how to make them SMART (Specific, Measureable, Achievable, Relevant and Timely); a communication and knowledge sharing strategy to ensure excellent communication between the CoP members and with members of other CoPs and as well as with other initiatives.
