WeObserve Cookbook: Guidelines for creating successful and sustainable Citizens Observatories. This deliverable will capture the lessons on best practices as well as the insights on barriers for COs and how these can be addressed, detailing strategies for interoperability and standards, engagement strategies and co-design of COs, capture the impacts of COs and include the lessons from CoPs 4 and 5. Linked to Task 2.3

Summary report on the detailed terms of reference and guidelines for WeObserve Communities of Practice. The ToR will contain a list of requirements from the leaders of each CoP (including reporting requirements, communication requirements, Gantt chart development etc.); a protocol for setting up a CoP’s objectives and how to make them SMART (Specific, Measureable, Achievable, Relevant and Timely); a communication and knowledge sharing strategy to ensure excellent communication between the CoP members and with members of other CoPs and as well as with other initiatives.
