The call-off packages for phase 2 and 3 of a PCP procurement includes several key documents: PCP Request for offers/Invitation to tender for the call-off for Phase 2 respectively Phase 3 PCP Phase 2/3 Specific Contract

A report of the consultation will be formulated, including statistical information about the participant mix

Final conference report

A report will describe the final conference task 55 that will be held in Bilbao or Brussels to illustrate project results and lesson learnt to procurers facing the same challenges addressed by POSIDON The main focus of the conference will be presenting the technologies that will be developed as the result of the project PCP presenting the results of the tests performed on the fieldThe report will include also the agenda of the event copy of presentations and attendance list

Call for interest to join the project buyers group

The deliverable consist in the text of the call and the publication evidence

Web site development and maintenance

A project web site will be designed by a web development agency under the coordination of AREA. The website will include all relevant public information about the project. The first release of the website will be at month 6 but it will be contantly updated through the whole life of the project. It will address both companies willing to participate to the PCP call and other procurers interested in capitalizing over project experience. The web site will be available in English and in all partners national languages.

Communication material (brochure, roll-up, leaflet, poster…)
