Deliverables

Deliverable will integrate into single document published proceedings of project organized events. Indicator: targeted groups of reached stakeholders indicated in Section 2.5.4 are in line with planned. T9.5

Deliverable will describe Project Web site design, site structure, main sections and information published as well as site visitors monitoring statistics analysis. It will also host an intranet for the internal use for the partners. Indicator: Web site operational. T9.2

Summer school for interested scientists on the project topics (opens in new window)

Reports integrating into single document performed summer school description, presentations and list of participants. Indicator: summer schools performed, document with summer school description, presentations and list of participants is presented. T8.2

Deliverable will present cumulative list of project related media and scientific articles with short summaries. Indicator: list of project related media and scientific articles is present. T9.3

The training and education material for all three target groups (opens in new window)

Report covering prepared training and education materials for target groups identified under the project: 1. Expert and students within consortium, 2. Experts and students outside the consortium and 3. General public in each partner's region. Indicator: training and education material for all three target groups presented T8.1

Report on Social Media Campaign (opens in new window)

Deliverable will contain guidelines for a coherent and collaborative use of social media by all partners in relation to the project. Document also will present overview and analysis of social Media Campaign outcomes through different channels such as LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube. Indicator: targeted groups of reached stakeholders indicated in Section 2.5.4 are in line with planned. T9.4

Compilation of promotional materials (opens in new window)

Deliverable updated on yearly basis will lay out the main promotional activities, feedback from external stakeholder and its evaluation. This task includes the preparation and dissemination of two leaflets, biannual electronic newsletters, press releases, journalistic articles, scientific papers, and one online video. Indicator: compilation of promotional materials is presented. T9.3
