Resultado final

Communication & Dissemination - Report on implemented activities (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

Report on the REMADYL communication and dissemination activities to advertise the project and its results. This will be the final report on the implemented activities.

Contaminant assessment and Guidelines and methodology for safe handling of the byproducts ‘metals’ & ‘phthalates’, including safety sheets assessing levels and estimated risks from the removal of LS from PVC (preliminary) (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

Guidelines and Methodology for safe handling and processing. Here we compile a guide for best practices safety guide for recycling of PVC containing legacy substances such as lead stabilizers and/or DEHP phthlates using the REMADYL process. This deliverable will be the outcome of task 4.3.

Overview of relevant standards and legislation (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

Sustainable Innovations Europe will develop a report on month 6 considering the relevant standards and legislation within EU which are aligned or could be with the exploitation lines of REMADYL. Partner SIE will review the new legislation every 6 months, developing updated versions of the first report if needed.

Communication & Dissemination - Draft planning (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

Report on the REMADYL communication and dissemination activities to advertise the project and its results. This will be the draft planning for activities for the remaining part of REMADYL.

Policy brief (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

Partner SIE will develop across the project with the inputs generated a report which will contain suggestions for policy makers to define EoW End of Waste requirements for PVC and safety aspects of the retained hazardous components At M36 a first policy brief a 2pager will be delivered

Contaminant assessment and Guidelines and methodology for safe handling of the byproducts ‘metals' & ‘phthalates', including safety sheets assessing levels and estimated risks from the removal of LS from PVC (final) (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

Guidelines and Methodology for safe handling and processing. Here we compile a guide for best practices safety guide for recycling of PVC containing legacy substances such as lead stabilizers and/or DEHP phthlates using the REMADYL process. This deliverable will be the outcome of task 4.3.

Guidelines for industrial up-take (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

Based on the obtained results in the previous WP5 tasks, we will formulate guidelines for the integration of our novel REMADYL equipment and processes into industrial environments. We focus on DANOSA and DECEUNINCK as they are actual end-users that intend to get the extraction process in-house and produce with rejuvenated PVC. For the actual core, we will focus on how the novel extraction process should be ‘surrounded’ and supported in an industrial recycling environment. The deliverable will be the outcome of task 5.4.

Policy & standardization input documents (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

Sustainable Innovations will develop across the project with the inputs generated a report which will contain suggestions for policy makers to define EoW (End of Waste) requirements for PVC and safety aspects of the retained hazardous components; white paper on rejuvenating PVC and on re-use of lead salts.

Communication & Dissemination - Report on implemented activities and updated planning (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

Report on the REMADYL communication and dissemination activities to advertise the project and its results. This will be a report on the implemented activities up to M18 and a draft planning for activities for the remaining part of REMADYL.

Demonstration Circular use cases for soft and rigid PVC (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

The in task 5.2 and 5.3 developed prototypes will be further screened and used for demonstration activities.
