The Final Report will include the Assessment of Project Results and Impacts.
Project communication plan (opens in new window)The plan will identify targeted audiences, set clear communication objectives, select pertinent messages and sources to disseminate them, select appropriate formats, and plan and schedule all communication actions of the project. This deliverable will be provided within first months of the project.
User needs, service portfolio and future plans (opens in new window)The deliverable will list the user needs to meet and services offered at the first pilot phase of the tool. The tool will have to meet the user requirements listed here. Finally, the deliverable will offer a list of future additions and improvements to the services offered.
