This deliverable will be provided within first months of the project.
User needs, service portfolio and future plans (öffnet in neuem Fenster)The deliverable will list the user needs to meet and services offered at the first pilot phase of the tool. The tool will have to meet the user requirements listed here. Finally, the deliverable will offer a list of future additions and improvements to the services offered.
